These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and apk898. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.1 Registration Process. To access betting and gaming features on apk898, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept current.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any such transfer, whether for consideration or otherwise, renders the Account immediately subject to closure and balance forfeiture.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. apk898 processes all transactions natively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 4.2 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited to your Account in real time. VIP-tier members receive priority withdrawal processing at all hours. apk898 does not impose platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. To qualify for withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and your Account must be in good standing. Funds derived from Bonus balances may only be withdrawn once applicable rollover requirements have been fully met. apk898 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests it considers unusual, which may extend processing time.
4.6 Own Accounts Only. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers published on apk898 are available to eligible Members only. Where a promotion is available only to new Members, it may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.2 Rollover Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagers placed on live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the rollover requirement. Sports betting wagers at odds below the stated minimum threshold will likewise not count toward rollover.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through the required rollover within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without notice. apk898 recommends reviewing promotion expiry dates at the time of claiming.
5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. apk898 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering designed to reduce variance and guarantee bonus conversion ("bonus hunting"), arbitrage betting using promotional funds, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and any other pattern that apk898 determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional program. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to further sanctions including permanent closure.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. apk898 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered through by a Member in good faith.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers placed on apk898 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. apk898 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where: the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error; the wager was placed after the relevant event had concluded; or the wager was placed at prices that were manifestly erroneous.
6.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that a sporting market is published with manifestly incorrect odds — including pricing errors resulting from data feed failures, human error, or system malfunction — apk898 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Member Accounts. Winnings based on erroneous pricing will not be honored.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and per market, as displayed within the betting interface. apk898 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions to Members without prior notice where it determines such restrictions are appropriate in managing its liability exposure.
6.4 Slot and Casino Games. 6.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer table games are streamed in real time and are subject to the studio's own operational rules in addition to apk898's general terms. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer round, the game result will be determined by the studio's standard disconnection policy, and apk898's liability is limited to the return of the relevant stake where the outcome cannot be determined.
6.6 Domino QQ. Domino QQ (a traditional Indonesian domino-tile card game) available on apk898 is governed by the specific game rules published within the game interface. Members are advised to read those rules in full before participating.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on apk898 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Suspension by apk898. apk898 may suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party; you have breached any provision of this Agreement; a regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed apk898 to restrict your Account; or your Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
8.2 Permanent Closure by apk898. Following investigation of a suspected breach, apk898 may permanently close an Account and void all outstanding balances where the breach is confirmed. apk898 will provide written notice of permanent closure via the registered email address associated with the Account.
8.3 Voluntary Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to apk898 support via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Accounts closed at the Member's request may be reopened subject to identity re-verification at apk898's discretion.
8.4 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the Self-Exclusion provisions in Section 11 (Responsible Gaming) of this Agreement. 9.2 Technical Failures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk898 shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from: loss of internet connectivity; software or hardware failure on the Member's device; delays in transmission; or any other technical issue outside apk898's direct control that affects the placement or settlement of a wager.
9.3 Cap on Liability. Where apk898 is found liable to a Member under any legal theory, its total aggregate liability to that Member in respect of all claims arising in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform during the same calendar month.
9.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall apk898 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if apk898 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.5 Third-Party Content. apk898 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content, including sports data feeds, live streaming services, or game software provided by studio partners such as Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be directed to the relevant studio in accordance with the studio's own dispute resolution procedure.
